Reinstate the Mexico City Policy

Project 2025 recommends reinstating and expanding Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance, commonly called the Mexico City Policy. A January 2025 presidential memorandum reinstated the 2017 policy memorandum.

Project 2025 said

The next conservative Administration should issue an executive order that, at a minimum, reinstates PLGHA.
